<zh>Topic</>. Enhancements can only be created for info objects of the
info object class <zh>Structure</>.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To create a topic which is specific to a particular enhancement (e.g.
for an industry sector), first create a structure enhancement and
create a topic in this structure.
