¿Qué causa este problema?

The WBS element with the name &V1& is included in the imported dataset.
This WBS element has been transferred from the sending system to the
receiving system.
However the WBS element &V1& does not exist in the receiving system.

The file cannot be imported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check in the sending system whether the WBS element &V1& is incorrectly
included in the dataset.
If this is not the case, this means the transfer of the WBS element is
correct and the WBS element &V1& must be created in the receiving
system.
