¿Qué causa este problema?

The renumbering of the sequence numbers for personnel number &V1& could
not be completed without errors. This is because the order of the
sequence numbers may also be incorrect for records that are not a
product of the migration from 4.3. This may be because the payroll runs
may have been mixed up.
