¿Qué causa este problema?

You have change data in the document info record, but have not changed
the entry in the <ZH>Status</> field.
Settings in Customizing (Document management -> Control data ->
Document type) define that the status must be changed when a document
is changed.

The system determines the possible statuses for the document type.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

RESET N1
Process the data on the tab page <LS>Document data</>.
Display the possible entries for the <LS>document status</> and select
status.
