To define a link type completely, one or more function modules have to
be created. The function module &V1& for link type "&V2&" does not
exist in the system or is not active.

The link type cannot be activated or cannot be used in the definition
of a node type.

First create the function module &V1& or activate it. Then repeat the
function you just selected.
