What causes this issue?

You want to create a <DS:DE.WISP_BREAKD>group break-down</> using the
<ZH>class system</><DS:DE.WISP_BDMETHOD>break-down method</>. To do
this, you have to enter a
<DS:GLOS.3526B516AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>class type</>.

System Response

The break-down cannot be used in its present state.
