What causes this issue?

You have tried to create an allocation table in manual planning. In the
interface, you configured your system so that the system is converted
using customers. Plant &V1& could not be converted.

System Response

The allocation table cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Check the customer data and the plant data.
Check if the indicator for converting the plant to customer must be
set. This must only be done if you have entered the plant or plant
group as the plant dimension.
