What causes this issue?

You have tried to create an allocation table in manual planning. In
doing so, you have selected rows and columns in the planning table.
More than one characteristic value has been selected for characteristic
&V1&. Only one characteristic value can be used to create the
allocation table.

System Response

The allocation table cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Select the data so that only one characteristic value appears for
characteristic &V1&.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
