What causes this issue?

You tried to create an allocation table in manual planning. In doing
so, you entered the distribution channel characteristic as a planning
level. Plant &V3& was included in the plant list for the allocation
table. A different distribution channel was entered in the master
record for plant &V3&.

System Response

The allocation table could not be created.

How to fix this error?

Check the plant master data or remove the plant from your planning.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
