What causes this issue?

You want to delete data for <DS:DE.WISP_VRSIO>plan version</> "000".
This version is, however, reserved for actual data and thus cannot be
deleted.

System Response

The data for version "000" cannot be deleted.

How to fix this error?

Change the entry for the plan version. The plan versions that have been
reserved for <DS:DE.WISP_PLSCH>planning step</> &V1& can be identified
using input help (F4).
