How to fix this error?

Check if you have sufficient authorization to generate programs, in
particular for protected name ranges (in this case; '/1ISRWP/').

SAP report &V3& could not be generated. Check if the relevant source
text exists in the system. If the text does exist in the system, locate
possible syntax errors and contact your system support with the
information. The program may not have been generated because you do not
have sufficient authorization.
