What causes this issue?

You want to transfer data from <DS:DE.WISP_VRSIO>plan version</> &V1&
of <DS:DE.WISP_PLSCH>planning step</> &V2&. Plan version &V1& has,
however, not been created yet.

System Response

The link cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

Re-enter plan version &V1& for planning step &V2& using plan version
maintenance or correct your entry.
You can view which plan version have already been created for planning
step &V2& using input help (F4).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
