(hierarchy version &V3&) still contains proportional factors for plan
characteristic &V2&.System Response
The planning step cannot be deleted.
How to fix this error?
Delete the entries in the planning hierarchy for hierarchy version &V3&
for characteristic level &V2&. You can go to planning hierarchy
maintenance via the basic settings for planning step &V1&.Procedure for System Administrators
