planning hierarchy maintenance.

  The error message WXP104 occurs when a user tries to execute a planning-related transaction or function in SAP without specifying a required planning step. In SAP's planning and forecasting modules (such as Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Forecasting), a planning step represents a specific phase or stage in the planning process (e.g., initialization, rough-cut planning, detailed planning).
