What causes this issue?

You have entered plan version &V1& when defining planning layout &V1&
and/or in the characteristic screen.
No planning hierarchy version was assigned to this plan version yet.
The planning hierarchy version is compulsory for successfully executing
manual planning.
The plan version cannot therefore be used in manual planning.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign a planning hierarchy version to plan version &V1& or change your
entries.
