What causes this issue?

No field control was found for the plant master transactions (WB01,
WB02, WB03).

System Response

Transaction-dependent field control is delivered by SAP and should
therefore be defined in every client for the plant master transactions.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction SE16 to check the contents of table T078W. If there are
no entries in this table, inform your SAP consultant immediately.
