  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The item from the pricing document cannot be archived with its current
status. On the selection screen, you entered a validity restriction that
is before the validity end date of the document item. In this case, the
processing status determines whether a document item can be archived:
o,, Document items with the status A or B are not archived (since it is
still possible to activate the prices).
o,, Canceled document items (status E): If the indicator for
date-independent archiving is set, these are treated as items with
status D, and are therefore archived no matter what the validity
restriction is. Otherwise, they are not archived. (This is because
canceled items can be converted to items with status B, in pricing
    document processing.)

    System Response

The item from the pricing document is not written to the archive.

    How to fix this error?

Adjust the validity restriction on the selection screen, or change the
processing status of the document item.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
