via the distribution chains selected.

No sales price conditions can be determined for the plants.

How to fix this error?

First check your entries. You may want to re-enter your data leaving
the distribution chain empty. The system will take all distribution
chains assigned to the plant into account. If the assignment has been
changed, you can also determine conditions in condition maintenance in
the retail master data.
