Organizational data usually includes information such as personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, employee subgroup, or other organizational assignments that are mandatory for the transaction.
  In many cases, this happens because:
  
  The employee master record lacks valid organizational assignments for the relevant period.
  The organizational data is missing or incomplete in infotypes (e.g., IT0001 - Organizational Assignment).
  The system is trying to process multiple documents or records, and some of them do not have the necessary organizational data.
  The validity dates of the organizational data do not cover the period of the document being processed.

  Go to transaction PA20 or PA30.
