What causes this issue?

Variant &V1& of generic material &V2& has been assigned the generic
material as a pricing reference material. Material &V1& has, however,
already been entered as an individual item.

System Response

The program deletes the line for variant &V1&.

How to fix this error?

No action on your part is required. Since a material that is managed on
an exact quantity and value basis cannot be entered here, the program
deletes the multiple entry itself.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
