What causes this issue?

Revaluation of part of the stock of a material at retail is not
possible because no stocks are managed for a generic material but for
the associated variants.
When you enter a generic material, the system does not know the number
of variants for which you want to revaluate at retail.

System Response

The line for material &V1& in plant &V2& was deleted.

How to fix this error?

Check your entries. If you want to revaluate part of the stock at
retail, enter the material number of a variant.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
