What causes this issue?

The material you entered is kept in stock on value-only material &V1&.
Stock &V2& of material &V1& is not taken into account when inventory is
revaluated at retail.

How to fix this error?

If you would like to use the new retail price for the valuation of
stock &V2& of material &V1&, this is only possible after you have
posted this stock to the receiving storage location. In this case, you
have to perform a partial revaluation of this stock.
