What causes this issue?

You were asked to select a transport request. This selection has been
cancelled.

How to fix this error?

When asked to select a transport request, choose one that exists or
create a new one.
If you do not want the system to include roles in a transport request
automatically (for example if you are developing roles in the same
system where they are to be used) you can disable this function on the
entry screen of the transaction.
Note that doing so can disrupt the distributed role maintenance
process, so use this feature very carefully.
