What causes this issue?

No valid vendor characteristic values distribution was found in the
distribution model for the specified logical system (or to any logical
system if none was specified).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Modify the distribution model to include the "MaintainCharValues"
method for business object "Vendor" between the current logical system
and the target logical system(s).
Make sure that the CREMAS message type (for vendor master data) is also
distributed between the logical systems where vendor characteristic
values are to be distributed.
