What causes this issue?

You wish to assign a plant to a reference plant. This plant is,
however, already assigned to an assortment, to which the reference
plant is also assigned.

System Response

The system will not assign the plant to the reference plant.

How to fix this error?

Delete the assignment of the plant to the assortment. You will then be
able to assign the plant to the reference plant.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
