    plan version.
    The specified work item was not found (unknown work item ID).
    The specified user is not a possible agent for the task underlying the
    work item.
    An inconsistency was found in the organizational model which does not
    allow an evaluation to be performed.
    The specified user has been explicitly excluded from processing this
    step in the workflow definition.
    The work item has already been reserved by another user.
    The work item has an invalid status (for the selected action).
    The task assignment has been changed or the indicator
    <DS:GLOS.3526B113AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>General task</> has been set
    very recently.

    The action was terminated and the work item remains unchanged.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the possible causes of the error. You can do the following:
    Correct the current plan version.
    Check the work item ID.

    Change the workflow definition so that the specified user is no longer
    explicitly excluded from processing this step.
