What causes this issue?

The work item has the status &V1& and cannot be forced into the status
<ZK>ready</>. Possible reasons are:
The work item is not yet being executed or has not yet been reserved.
The work item has already been completed.
The work item has errors.

System Response

Action aborted. Work item remains unchanged.

How to fix this error?

Check the current status of the work item.
The work item can only be replaced by you if you reserved it or you
have authorization for the function <LS>Replace Manually</>.
