What causes this issue?

You do not have the required <GL:authorization>authorization</> to
select one of the views defined in the system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the authorization is necessary for your work, contact the
system administration personnel responsible for assigning
authorizations in your company. Your user master record should be
enhanced to include the necessary authorization.
You should inform the system administration personnel that you require
the following authorization:
