What causes this issue?
You can only delete a work item attachment if you created the
attachment yourself. In addition, you can only delete attachments in
the work item for which they were created, not in subsequent work
items. These conditions are not complied with for the selected
attachment.System Response
The system does not allow the deletion.
How to fix this error?
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
