Try to start work item display synchronously (that is: in the same
mode). Proceed as follows:
In the Business Workplace choose <LS>Workplace -> Workflow settings ->
Personal </><LS>Workflow settings</>.
Set the indicator <LS>(Double)-clicking on an object displays the
object in the same window</>.
