What causes this issue?

The workflow definition contains a step of type <ZH>document from
template</>. The use of this step type requires that the workflow
definition also contains at least one document template.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a document template. Choose <LS>Double-click to create</> in the
tray <LS>Document templates</>.
Note: The workflow definition must be saved first.
