What causes this issue?

There is no reference customer assigned to the layout module. The
system requires a reference customer, however, in order to be able to
select the relevant data for workflow.

System Response

The data is not exported.

How to fix this error?

Please maintain the reference customer for the relevant layout module
in <DS:SIMG.W_OE_EG_WL_0222.SIMG_OWER>Customizing</>.
