What causes this issue?

In Customizing, the condition contract type is blocked for the creation
of new documents.

System Response

The system does not allow you to create new condition contracts of this
condition contract type.

How to fix this error?

Check your entry whether it is necessary to unblock the condition
contract type or not. To unblock the condition contract type, delete the
block indicator in the condition contract type.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
