What causes this issue?

You have chosen an object type for which no events are defined in the
<ZK>Business Object Repository</>. This object type therefore cannot
trigger any events, and start conditions cannot be created for it.

How to fix this error?

Chose an object type that has events.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
