What causes this issue?

The &V1& value-only material, on which the material has been
inventoried so far, still has warehouse stock.

System Response

The system cannot determine whether these stocks are of the
material to be changed.

How to fix this error?

Please ensure that on value-only material &V1&, no more stocks are
kept for the material whose assignment you want to change. If
necessary, make the required transfer postings.
