The purchase order contains only a value limit for unplanned services.
It does not contain any individual service lines.
This means that you cannot adopt any services from this PO when
entering services performed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can only enter unplanned services.

  Meaning / 
  Cause:
  This warning message appears when you try to process or confirm a purchase order (PO) that does not contain any planned services. In SAP MM (Materials Management), a purchase order for services typically requires that the services are planned and entered in the PO item details. If the PO items are missing service lines or the planned services are not maintained, the system issues this warning.
  In other words:
  The PO you are working with has no service lines or the service lines are not properly planned/defined, which means there is no service specification for the system to process.
  
  When does it occur?
  
  When creating or changing a PO for services but no service lines are entered.
  When confirming or processing a service PO without planned service items.
