What causes this issue?

This XPRA converts the (Sales and Distribution) shipment document.
This shipment document is available as of Release 3.0. It is not
available in 2.* releases.
This is why the relevant transportation tables are empty. They do not
have to be converted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
