should be carried out during transportation processing. Some of these
actions are carried out before saving the shipment docuement (e.g. GI
posting or billing), others after saving (e.g., printing).
In this case, the actions before saving ( probably GI posting or
billing) were carried out incorrectly.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
