    &V3&. The system has attempted several times without success to block
    this material.

    System Response

    So as not to slow your work, the system stops its attempts at blocking
    and does not carry out an assignment check.

    How to fix this error?

    Note that the transaction you are processing is not confirmed. You
    should therefore carry out another assignment check
