What causes this issue?

A scheduling agreement always has a reference to a purchasing document.
In Customizing, you use the confirmation control key to specify for
purchasing documents if it is allowed to update the delivery date using
tracking. The scheduling agreement check has determined that this has
not been carried out for at least one of the referenced purchasing
document items.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
