What causes this issue?

Transfer &V1& has status &V2&; this is not possible for the processing
step.
The following statuses prevent the processing step from being executed:
1 - the transfer does not exist
2 - the processing indicator has been set for the transfer
3 - the transfer has already been completey processed without errors
4 - the transfer is deactivated

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
