  This message appears in SAP Project System (PS) when a user tries to execute a transaction or report that requires input related to a project structure, but no valid project definition, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) element, or inquiry parameter has been entered.
  In other words, the system expects you to specify at least one of the following to proceed:
  
  A Project Definition (the overall project)
  A WBS Element (a subcomponent or task within the project)
  An Inquiry (a saved selection or variant related to projects)
  
  If none of these are provided, the system cannot determine the scope of data to process or display, hence it prompts with this message.
  
  
  Solution:
  To resolve the error:
  
  
  Enter a Project Definition:  
  
  Input the project ID in the relevant field.
