What causes this issue?

After subsequent processing has been triggered, delivery status values
are one of the database items that change. For performance reasons, and
also because updates can also be carried out in an asynchronous manner
(delayed updates take place in the database), the list is not updated
automatically.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Carry out the refresh function to get an updated version of the list.
