What causes this issue?

The storage locations of the delivery have been temporarily changed in
order to assign the
<DS:GLOS.3526C0AEAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>requirements</> for the
materials they contain to other storage locations.

System Response

The delivery cannot be changed if the storage locations have not been
reset to the original value.
&NOTE&
Note that the warehouse number of the items and the pick data refer to
the original storage locations of the delivery items, and are not
adjusted if there is a temporary storage location change.
