movement, and distribution are not fulfilled.
&V1& &V2& is only saved in the local system.
Test the distribution with the "Check document distribution/distributed
document" in transaction <DS:TRAN.VL02N>VL02N</> or <DS:TRAN.VL32N>VL32N
</>.
Test the distribution with the "Check document distribution/distributed
document" in the <LS>Change Outbound Delivery</> or <LS>Change Inbound
Delivery</> app.
You can check the cause of the unsuccessful distribution in the error
log.
If the cause still isn't clear, check in transaction <DS:TRAN.VOFM>VOFM
</> in the requirements maintenance under Requirements -> Subsequent
Functions, to see which user requirements you have defined for the
following subsequent functions:

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
