What causes this issue?

The free goods for an order item can only be delivered if both the main
item and the corresponding free goods item can be delivered completely.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The order items for the free goods are not adopted into the delivery .

How to fix this error?

Check the availability of the respective items and deliver the order
items once again.
