  • What causes this issue?

    You changed the rebate recipient of the agreement. This change does not
    affect the key combination (e.g. customer/material) of the condition
    records that were created before. The condition records still apply to
    the previous rebate recipient or the customer that you entered
    manually.

    System Response

    You cannot change the customer in the key combination of condition
    records retrospectively.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the key combination of the existing condition records.
    If necessary, you must

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    delete the condition records,
    cancel the 'recreate' function and create the agreement directly with
    the desired rebate recipient,
    do without the 'create with reference' function and create a new
    agreement.
