A condition record with the same key is already being processed.

System Response

Maintaining records with the same key but different validity periods is
not possible. This also applies to records that are marked for deletion.
This situation typically arises when existing records are selected in
change mode and you attempt to create a new record.
As a result, the newly entered record is removed from processing.

How to fix this error?

Make the changes to the record that is already being processed.
Alternatively, create the new record without selecting other records.
