What causes this issue?

Rebate conditions can only be copied once to the target system.

System Response

The IDoc cannot be processed.

How to fix this error?

When the conditions are copied again to the target system, already
existing statistics on the relevenat rebate agreement may be lost.
Thus, the copying of existing rebate conditions has not been defined.
Changes should be carried out manually in the target system.
