What causes this issue?

The delivery due index in the data base (table VEPVG) deviates from the
index just determined.

System Response

The incorrect document was entered in table TVIER.

How to fix this error?

Check if a colleague used transactions VL04 and VL01 for the same
document at the same time as you.
If this is not the case:
Start report RVV05IVC, if there are only a few entries in table TVIER.
This report returns the data base to its correct state.
Otherwise, you must re-create the entire index in batch using report
RVV05IVB (parameter: ALL = X, not parallel to VAxx, VLxx und VFxx).
Inform the RV telephone service.
